With the new year comes a new OnSign platform: more modern and better equipped to support your digital signage needs:

Notes Everywhere!
This new feature allows you to access notes directly from content and player pages and ensures you stay informed about player changes.
Look out for the Notes box and add everything that is important to your team about a player, a content, or an alert!
When adding a note, you can attach images, pin the note to the top of the Notes page, or make it private by using the icons at the bottom of the text box.
Notice that:
- You can now add images (up to 4K) and videos (up to 20 MB) to your notes.
- Users with restricted platform access can view only private notes, while administrators have access to public notes.
Other additions:
- Health issue detection is now available for players, apps, content, and playlists. Notifications are accessible from any page, providing full insights into player performance.
- Introduced support for muting health check issue notifications: this allows you to reduce unnecessary alerts and focus on critical issues.
- New player advanced alert webhook integrations available for Slack and Twilio.
- Added the ability to review settings when changing the device assigned to a player, ensuring optimal digital signage performance across any device.
- It is now possible to create player groups using AI, improving performance and management.
